Have they finished recording released the audio yet?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yeah that’s quite insightful. Specifically about Neville having a horse in the race.

I’ve never minded him tbh, he’s just a passionate fan. We need those for all teams, and he’s not too much of a dick win, lose or draw.
      Modifying post.

Thinking back on this, wasn't kick-off delayed because the refs comms weren't working properly? I remember them faffing about with the devices strapped to his arms? I wonder if that played a part in the alleged communication breakdown?

Nah the Comms were working just fine for the Jones sending off

That happened before the West Ham game.

Watch them bat the appeal away as frivolous and increase it to a 5 match ban.

Webb has not come out and said he apologised just he spoke to the club. The FA trying to act like everything is normal by issuing fines and bans as if it were just like any other weekend is a joke. Absolutely zero self awareness.

Quite a U turn from Neville he was saying on Saturday, how he thought there was something wrong with other decisions this season based on the cameras they were looking at and weird angles etc. Questioning how many other decisions were wrong. Now we should accept an apology that we haven't had and are wrong for saying it questions the integrity of the game and keeping our options open. Well **** off Neville

I don't see how it can be frivolous when it is clearly a questionable decision, which looks to have been made on the basis of what appears an incorrect following of policy by someone who has already proved incompetent in the samematch.

I hope you are correct. It’s just that if it is rescinded to a yellow, it weakens any case they have for defending the disallowed goal as **** happens.

Probably brings a replay one step closer to reality though.

It's mystifying how any LFC fan would cite Neville agreeing with their opinion as a positive; he's an absolute ****ing cunt with a very big axe to grind, particularly against us.

The appeal might not be successful but I don't see how it can be deemed frivolous and them add an extra game.

Not sure if this has been posted, not sure who the journalist is

It seems this is the reason for Liverpool appealing
Curtis Jones' red card. As I said, the still image biased the referee's
                            decision-making process.
From this wording, they should win the appeal too.

                            The VAR can 'check' the footage in normal speed and/or in slow motion but, in general, slow motion replays should only be used for facts, e.g. position of offence/player, point of contact for physical offences and handball, ball out of play (including goal/no goal);
normal speed should be used for the 'intensity' of an offence or to decide if it was a
                            handball offence

The thing with Darren England, the VAR, is not only was he the only person watching the game that thought the goal was given, he was also the person who decided to show the referee the still image of
                            Jones' tackle on the monitor

This decision will be remembered for years to come, still nothing from the ref cunts other than their initial statement

Sky totally ignored it at half time. That doesn’t happen by accident, it happens by editorial decision. Sky chose to hide the ‘mistake’, either because they were asked to, or because they thought it would damage the product that they have paid so much for. Neville was obviously made aware of sky’s editorial decision after his post match comments and has fallen in line. Nobody who relies on the value of TV rights for a living can be considered an impartial arbiter, let alone a manc cunt.
