It's no coincidence that the best football we've played this season has been when we've had two marauding fullbacks getting up and down the wings whipping crosses in.

Bradley/Gomez on the right and Robbo/Gomez/Timi on the left

It all seems to go to **** when we start with the inverted right back bollocks. Can't recall if Bradley was pushed into that role (don't think he was) but it was attempted with Gomez on several occasions.

Think we tried it a little bit with Bradley and it didn't work at all and went LB Gomez doing it instead.

The only saving grace about last night's result is that I didn't waste any time today hoping against hope - and my better judgement - that Brighton would do something against Citeh this evening.

Those two seasons where we lost the league by a point to the Citeh machine broke something inside of me.

Arsenal fans must be ****ting themselves. They know deep down they're not winning the title.

After watching them dance and sing after every win like idiots, I'll be super happy to see city beat them.

Nah would take Arsenal winning it over Cheaty every time.

Arsenal are a well run club and if they win the title they will have done it without doping and by overcoming a stacked deck.

Arteta might be a tit and some of their post match stuff is cringeworthy, but Arsenal winning it is still a proper club winning it.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

That’s exactly why I want city to win it tbh. Arsenal winning would be a hell of an achievement, and I would rather not see a genuine rival achieve such things. If city win it it’s just a nothing devalued trophy for cheaty FC.

Come on Ken doll, that's just crazy emotional talk, I know where you are coming from though and I hear your perspective, however consider the fact that they (city), has a higher chance of getting away with it and a few generations from now, our ancestors will only note that the mighty city has won another title as per records in the history books (with no records of their laundry side business as that has been scrubbed as they were exonerated of course)... hence I prefer the gunners to win this just to put a dent in those history pages...

                    Its a lose lose scenario.

Either a team that has financial doped to the eyeballs become the first to win 4 in a row or a club that has turned a blind eye to playing a rapist wins it.

I don't care who wins it tbh, we tried our best despite massive injury disruptions and an entirely new midfield but we just don't have that desire, we're a spent force.

I think Klopp is winding down and it's reflecting on the team performances and attitude. He's got nothing left to give, no new solutions to our problems, he's done.

That's not a criticism because he's given us nine magnificent years even if we might have wanted more trophies, what we did get though is a deserved place at the elite table and that's a long way from where we were a decade ago.

Yep agree. Let City celebrate another hollow victory & then get stripped of the titles in due course over Arsenal having a victory parade etc. like we’ve been denied on our runner up seasons.

Didn't see the game but, **** me, this is a depressing end to Klopp's era.
