Worlds best attacking right backOriginally posted by Rich View Post

When he was simply the world's best right back, rather than thinking (wrongly) he's an elite level midfielder.
I do wonder if the constant criticism of his defending took it's toll. He's a shell of the player from his first few seasons with us.

I don't think it helps with the distinction of attacking or defending. He WAS the world's best right back, full stop.Originally posted by spud_gun View PostWorlds best attacking right back

The consistency of performance, the assist stats, the system, the number of games played/won.
You don't need to try and unpick his game, he was the best in the world.
I don't think we'll see it again though - he doesn't look like he wants to play that game anymore and we currently don't have the players to play the exact same system either.James Philip Milner Fanclub #1

You can read all that just from his body language?Originally posted by Kenneth View PostInteresting. From his body language it looks like success and a huge contract has gone to his head and he thinks he’s above it all, at least that is what it looks more like to me. All swagger and little effort.

Not claiming to be an expert in the field, but the body language says to me that he thinks he’s above it all, yes. The contract/success bit is my attempt at understanding where it comes from.Originally posted by rudedog View PostYou can read all that just from his body language?Last edited by Kenneth; 21-06-24, 11:20 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years
