As long as we remain in serious contention for top 4 I think he stays to the end of the season. If we have another horrendous run of results I think the board will have to act. For him to have any chance of staying beyond this season not only do we need results but we also need better performances and even then I'm not sure we don't part ways in the summer

The peformances bar the second half against Arsenal have still been utterly ****e. He has a lot if work.

I imagine things are going to depend on injuries somewhat.
