The youngsters doing well again. Wonder what happens with Carvalho and Sepp, have they done enough to earn their places in the squad? They’ve both done well and looked to have done what’s asked of them. Sepp has grown and looked more confident over the three games.

Jaros looks like he’ll be a good option, looked good and a solid 3rd choice keeper.

I did think that our main lads would have got some mins in this for sharpness & obviously to adapt to the system.

Neither wants to be in the periphery though and both have suggested that they not want to be here if they’re going to be playing.

Being a squad player doesn't necessarily mean being on the periphery these days. Gravenberch was a squad player yet got over 1,800 minutes of football, Qansah got 2,500 minutes!

Just watched the replay as I was away for the weekend. ( just a casual 1400km drive south to photograph the Milky Way )

Impressed with the result & seeing Arnes system coming together. We took some chances bringing the ball out from the back but got through unscathed. Jaros is definitely a step up from Adrian & pulled off some good saves.

Difficult to judge too harshly given its pre season and many of the first team are still missing.
