Great second half. All the stresses from the first turned into positives in the second. Could comfortably have been 4 or 5.

Good signs that Slot was able to fix the issues from that first half also.

Very good game management from Slot, bodes well for the season that he's not afraid to make early changes (Konaté on) and knows how to tweak the team to our advantage.

Everyone stepped up in the 2nd half and we could have won that 4 or 5 nil. That said they should have scored at least one!

We did well to weather the first half storm. Newly promoted team, crowd bouncing. We rode our luck a bit and looked poor. But it says a lot about all concerned that they flippped that for the second half.

Controlling the midfield was crucial and Gravenberch had his best game for us. He’s going to be pivotal.

Managing the quality within the squad is a potential issue for Slot. Some lads will be super disappointed not to have got onto the pitch today.
