I personally think the weather was a massive factor today. It was a poor quality scrappy game (though entertaining) but ultimately the conditions played a huge part in that.Originally posted by RichC View PostThought that was a mid table quality game at best today, really poor performance from a number of players; on a positive we’ve got another game out of the way and kept the status quo with the teams chasing us.
Win that game in hand and we’re 9 clear still which is pretty astonishing if we can do itModifying post.

It seemed higher watching it because Bruno Fernandes did pretty well with the ball. I thought when Dalot got his yellow card, that they would struggle then but that wasn't the case at all. Fernandes is a total **** but he was very good I thought. Ugarte excellent too.
We should have won after going 2 1 up and i was sure that we'd snap out of it and score a 3rd tbh but we could have lost too. Probably should have lost tbf.
United played like they did under OGS in some of their away games - counter attack with pace. They won't be able to do that against teams that would be happy with a point against them but with a better striker theyd be potentially dangerous.
I thought Jones was very poor but Trent was diabolical. Vice captain my arse

Their midfield did suprisingly good, definitely had some bite and let's be frank they overran us for parts. Still - TAA is the bigger issue to solve .. time to let go for meOriginally posted by frank the tank View PostIt seemed higher watching it because Bruno Fernandes did pretty well with the ball. sure he wasOriginally posted by DerKrampus View PostIt's time we fully nurture Bradley and buy a right sided Tsimikas.
Jones was poor but those kinds of games are few and far between these days which is good.

In the cold light of day getting a draw against the Mancs which felt like a loss isn't the end of the world especially as those around us didn't take advantage.
That was their cup final for the season and if they couldn't raise their game for that !

Trent is getting a kicking - and he was poor and seemingly lazy - but Ibou was half the man he normally is - presumably because he was not match fit and the midfield didn't provide much protection.
Further up the pitch I thought we didn't seem as connected to each other and we didn't do intelligent things to explore the weaknesses of people like de Ligt and Maguire.
And we were second to the ball all over the pitch.
And I was warm and dry in my lounge whilst the players I am calling out had to play in awful conditions.

I would be really happy if this was true. It shows we still have winners that will weed out the cnuts if they are not giving it their all. Captain Marvel!Originally posted by ukfootballfan101 View PostWishful thinking (by Arsenal fans) or something verifiable?

Robbo was ok with the ball yesterday. But these defensive lapses are continuing to hurt us.
