Thanjk you.

He was everywhere and looked very confident tonight and looked great. His link up with Ekitike is exciting.
That role of defending wide and being free with the ball to move around worked and might suit him if you look at how he played for Leverkusen. He could do it from either side of the pitch.
Yeah class tonight, that backheel he did earlier - pure filth. Sanitize your hands lads!

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
Had a bit of swagger as the game wore on and has a very impressive engine he pops up all over the pitch. Some of the little touches he plays are absolutely sublime. Found pockets of space far more than usual. When he’s properly bedded in and running games he will be a monster.
He put in a great shift defending that right side as well.
In the first half he won the ball just outside the penalty area beat a player and played that long diagonal ball. Brilliant play from him. He looked very comfortable and confident in the role he played tonight and seemed to have more players around him to keep the ball moving.

Players just need to trust him, pass him the ball and then move into space. I don't think they're used to someone like him being there that can work in tight spaces
Part of the problems have been everyone stops moving and he ends up passing to nobody, when someone should be moving into the space.
Him and Ekitike have to start together now. You can see they have a great understanding already.
