If they don’t stamp it out at junior level I’d hate to see where it leads in 10 years time.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

He did, though think if a player is going to make **** stirring comments ( the oh I know something is wrong but will keep it to myself after saying just enough to have people speculating type comments), then said player better be one of those putting in good performances and not looking half arsed a lot of the time.

        Interesting interview with Kelleher in The Independent;

        Linky

        This bit caught my eye:-

I stay in touch with some of the guys there, I have a lot of good friends there. It’s a very difficult time for them, a difficult season, with circumstances that people probably aren’t taking into account too much. But it’s probably been a bit easier for me, being away from it, and not being in such close proximity to it every day.

“I find it a bit strange and a bit difficult when I hear people speaking about the players at Liverpool and the performances, because I don’t think this season is even important from a football aspect for them to be honest. It’s more about them personally and mentally.

Yeah it’s easy to get caught up in the swing of football and completely forget this as a fan. There’s absolutely no chance Jotas death isn’t still affecting the core of the team massively.

Really good that Kelleher has the emotional intelligence to be able to speak up on behalf of his former team mates. It won’t make a difference for the masses online but it’s an important and compassionate point to raise.

4 - Liverpool have conceded four 90th- minute winners in league matches this season; already the joint-most by a team in a single Premier League campaign, after Watford in 2017-18, West Ham in 2021-22, Watford in 2021-22, and Southampton in

The 90th minute is much longer now though

Liverpool have managed only one win in their last seven Premier League matches.

Next two games in the league are away to Sunderland and Forest.

Was just about to post that.

What a stat. That’s lack of management from the bench imo.

Some of it defo is that, though think some of it is players switching off on a regular basis and not busting a gut late in games when we are under pressure.

Think there is a lack of on pitch leadership at times late in games. Having two or three players vocally keeping others moving might make the world of difference.

Just been through results and we have gained 6 points (early games) and lost 13 in added time which is nuts

                                Makes for a grim read.

Late goals are destroying Liverpool's season and the answers aren't obvious

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
