I like Chiesa, but... Lets not overlook Salah's ATG contributions over previous seasons. He was frustrating at times then but churned out some unbelievable numbers. Also, he's an absolute thorn against United in particular.

Absolutely no chance Salah drops to the bench for Chiesa on Sunday and to even consider it is bonkers, despite Salah not being in the best of form, so far.

A well known definition of bonkers is to repeat something but expect a different result.

Anyway it's the team I want to see, not one I will until post afcon and then let's see.

Salah is definitely starting, but I want to see more of Frimpong in attacking areas. Hopefully we'll see that in the second half on Sunday. And kerkes has to start.

Lot of pressure today, I think.

The whole team has looked disjointed in recent games. We need to settle the midfield and stop runners breaking through, and also break through the high press.

I think to do so, we need to bring in Gomez and revert to lasts years midfield.

Its going to be really hard for the forward line to settle until the rest of the team finds more consistency.

We cant afford a loss today, for sure.

The only real surprise is Ekitike. Done very little wrong whereas Isak hasn't done much.

Tough one for Ekitike. Possibly left or right side? Can he adapt? I think he could. But Id also consider Wirtz left, so its more likely right.

Might be different if Salah wasnt undroppable.

Realky need for him to step up and actually contribute a bit. Our right side is looking shoddy.
