Another away match & we are down a few troops BUT if Arne plays the players who are in form ( big if I know ) we should still win this by a few goals.

So no Isak , Frimpong & a doubt over Gravenberch & form issues with both Mo & Macca. Big decisions to make for Arne.

I don’t know what the chances are but if Gravenberch isn’t fit I hope Chiesa comes in for Isak.

If Gravenberch is fit I’d play him with Jones as the two in midfield and have Dom play off Ekitike and keep Wirtz in the same role as yesterday defending from the right but having the freedom to move centrally and Bradley provides the width.

I wasn’t sure who play but that might be the way to go give them one game each at the moment to make sure Robertson is managed and Kerkez gets games but at a schedule he’s used to while he builds his understanding in the team. Maybe watching Robertson in games can help him too.

IKR. When someone is out of form but we are winning it glosses over it but when you start losing 4 in a row something has to give. I know it was a CL match against weak opposition but when those two players got rested & we win convincingly there’s tough decisions to be made. Mo spitting the dummy after the match is not a good look for team harmony imo.

The evidence for leaving him out is compelling. He can't get away with being petulant, which wouldn't have gone unnoticed, his form is dire and wasteful when we really don't need to be wasteful. His savings grace is the injury to Frimpong

He's going to miss a chunk of the season to the AFCON and often comes back knackered. The smart move is to sell him at the start of January.
