I'd be ****ting my pants if I were Slot. That was a ****ing awful performance from every single player on that pitch, we look ****ing terrible and clueless. Lazy, tired, dopey. The list could go on. That was so bad to watch and terrifying at times.

He appears to have no plan b either which is a concern.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

Thank **** that's over. Don't really know what to say to that tripe.

I heard Scholes and others been saying he's not been performing for years, it's just goals and I agree. The goals have dried up, so now he's no use to us.

I worry that there is something in his contract about no. of games. Surely we wouldn't be that stupid. Anyway, his time has come - he tracked back against Madrid and we played a lot better. Unless I'm blind I didn't see him tracking back much in this game, and it's a problem. That said, we have more than a few problems at the moment. Salah is only one of them.
            Really?

"It'll take a strong manager to make this work"; me on Salah's new contract. I'm not sure we have that. Clearly a good manager, but maybe not someone with enough in the bank and enough buy in to impose his will around the club and make the big decisions that need making.

He's aged and he's done. We need to try snd sell him in January. We need two quality wide players in January, urgently.

They put more effort in going around the city players for hugs and handshakes than they did during the match.
Slot really needs to be more ruthless and cut out the dead wood.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Funny thing is, I don't think City are even that good.

The worry is our shape, tactics and energy don’t look right at all.

Sure Klopp got spanked a few times at the Etihad but as a team we had a defined way of playing.

I’d have said we had that last season but it’s evaporated this season.

Slot is really, really struggling with getting a proper, working system which incorporates the ‘best’ players.

That was dire, they were the better side we were ****, but they got lucky with the first two goals. Also the ref was **** too. Not sure why a ref from Greater Manchester is allowed to ref manc sides.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yeah - they beat us in second gear imo. They didn’t even need to be any good.

It's all very well playing with inside out wingers, but if neither of them can use their other foot all you have is 2 inside forwards, which given we have a centre forward and a high central midfielder means we have four players all looking for the same space, which is not there because our opponents can see it. I'm encouraged that we've been linked to Semenyo as that suggests we understand the issues - but given how much we've just spent - why didn't we see it before? I'm a little confused. It looks like we signed players opportunistically because they became available, without thinking about what that meant for the team - but that doesn't add up either because we clearly blew out for a couple of them.

2x lucky goals, but they shouldn't have been able to get those shots off in the first place. Robertson basically giving their RB a free cross, then Konate letting Doku get past him

Our disallowed goal is a farce, but none of this papers over what look like massive cracks
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet
