I honestly didn't think we'd win this, but I was impressed with how we approached it. Hopefully we can at least have a crack in the second half, but our season is closed to finishing as we definitely are not getting past PSG. I think Slot will still be here next season, just to end on a hight note

Felt inevitable after they scored. Good start and wasted some chances and as soon as they scored the heads dropped and City took over. This team is so weak mentally now there is zero belief.

And why do we keep persisting with this setup without the ball. 3-4 players high up the pitch but not pressing and all the others deep leaving no one in midfield and so much space for teams when they easily pass through the non press.

Simply because he's just not a top quality CB. Class movement by Haaland and a great goal but yeah it's happened so many times this season with Ibou. We were cruising until Virgil gave away an unnecessary foul, he's been as bad as Ibou this season for mistakes.

Agree. I don't get why it is so important to sign a new contract with him. He makes way too many bad decisions.
