Two things can be true, Slot clearly can't get the best out of several players, hasn't got a clue what style to play or what we are but also Wirtz individually has been very under whelming aswell. 105m players shouldn't have to have a season to acclimatise if we are honest. Happy to wait for Slot to piss off so we can see Wirtz next season though.

No need to mention the fee, he just shouldn’t be losing the ball as often as he is, and he shouldn’t be ragdolled as often by opponents, irrespective of the fee or how the manager has **** the bed. But obviously, he’s not our ‘main’ issue or problem, but it’s surely fine to mention it.

Hughes absolutely cannot survive this; Slot might, but probably shouldn't. But Hughes has blown a massive budget on two players who have given next to nothing this season. No doubt they are both good players, but we didn't diversify our spending well enough. Isak and Wirtz, but no Guehi....

He built a very imbalanced team that don'tcompliment each other, he has to own that.

The effort was there but the quality wasn't, we came into the game needing to score 2 to level the tie, aside from the great block on VVD and a moment from Rio I am struggling to think of anything more than a half chance we had. We just don't look like we have any plan to create or score goals.

While I am not trying to get too down heartened given the situation of this tie (it was a big ask to go through after first leg) I worry about this team, in this situation you just need to find a way of getting the first goal and we aren't capable of that, 21 shots, only 6 on target and most of those were comfortable saves by the keeper. With the injury to Ekitike now that is an even bigger problem for the rest of the season, I have no idea where the goals come from.

Hughes **** the bed, but we have been mediocre at best since February/March 2025. Slot hasn't shown anything apart from a very fast start to last season.

His chances created is really high tho. We just have numerous issues, you can look at pretty much every area. And then you can look at the guy who sets it all up and sends out messaging to all of them.

Not so impressive when it comes to ‘big chances created’ though, with less than Gakpo. So gakpo is creating more, including more assists, scoring more and looking more of a goal threat, but is also generally regarded as being poor this season; go figure.
