What about them Brazilian ****ers that play for Shakhtar Donetsk - never hear them complain... some people just complain for the sake of complaining. Miserable feckers!

We really must do something though to Insua this Emiliano lad fullfills his potential.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

        * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Buenos Aires is most definitely warmer than Liverpool on a seasonal comparison, because obviously their cold season is when we have our warm season.

They are warmer by a good distance as well.

He must have somthing going for him, cos Rafa bought him. But, I've never heard of him. Does anyone know anything about the lad as a player? Is he a proper leg-biting full back, or one of those defenders who likes getting up the field a bit? Anyone ever seen an Argentinian U20 game?

Over the last year is not the aveage you want to look at you need a constant averag and the constant averages (including those in my atlas) show the temps are not hugely disimilar, both a re temperate climates, the differences are minimal. Why do people think this country is so cold? We have some of the least cold temperate winters around.
