You sure? I'm pretty certain players that have played in any European competition (apart from the early rounds of the Intertoto) are cup tied for the season in any other European competition.

Thats more like 3-5-2 really, Finnan and Riise would be expected to play higher up that the true back 3

I dont think Finnan offers enough going forward to play that role though

a bit late like, but I'm happy we've got them, we prefer being underdogs and I fancy us to do them. Rafa knows how the spanish game works, and he'll be well up for taking on a spanish side and beating them.
