its not just his tackling. the way he brings the ball out of defence, and spots a pass, is unique in our team, not one of our other mids do that, they all just pass it back first time to the defenders who are then put under pressure.

i agree with reece, him and sakho are the two players i like the most in this team, maybe i'd add ings to that aswell.

Lucas is boss... it's so criminal how earlier in the season he nearly got off loaded to Bestikas... if given the game time and if we played this pressing game, he showed he's got World Class... yeap..given his stats he should be right up there in his position...he ain't fancy, but he's tidy, consistent and should get more credit than he deserves

If he can just get a good run of games together he'll be brilliant for us. The importance of a top notch DM cannot be under estimated, especially with our fullbacks playing so high. Lucas is absolutely vital to our starting 11.
