Thanjk you.

I'm starting to think his decline is terminal rather than a loss of form. That might seem obvious, but the only real way that kind of slide is arrested is by either adapting the game to fit in with how his body has changed, or leaving and finding another club. Its never going to work at Chelsea for him now.
I don't even think I'd want him back here now. He'd have to change everything. His attitude, how much he works for the team, his overall game...
Edit - straight swap for Carroll and I'd have him back.
Would explain how Atletico could afford to sign Falcao and why he decided to move to a club like Atletico.
Wouldn't surprise me if a deal is already done between the clubs. Torres plus £10m or so to Atletico and Falcao to Chelsea. The extra money to pay for his higher wages.
If Gerrard actually did join the Chavs all those years ago, I wonder how things would have worked out for him. He must be seeing Torres and thinking how lucky he is that he stayed at Liverpool.

Gerrard was on 'Friday Night Live' on LFCTV earlier and he was talking about Suarez, how bubbly he is around the place. He said "Torres was really really quiet...in fact he was a bit of a mouse"
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
It is really amazing what has happened to torres! I do feel sorry for him to be fair! literally gone from one of the worlds best players to absolutely nothing over night! his situation almost reminds me of Space Jam when the basketball players get their talent stolen from them
I think from my slight superstitious way of thinking I felt he was cursed when he left Liverpool. I felt it was such a cruel, faceless act, joining a rival when he was absolutely adored by our fans. I had a strange inkling that it wasn't going to happen for him. Seem's slightly similar to Michael Owen's career, which seemed to plummet once he left us. Obviously this can change at any time and he could still prove us wrong but I hope, as long as he is at Chelsea, that his fall from grace will continue! If he left to a team in Spain I wouldn't be as bitter and maybe would have wished the best for him, but the chav's...unforgivable!
