Hmmm - that's a tough one. Totally different players. Torres did well when Gerrard was at his peak - would Torres be suffereing at Liverpool a bit now that Gerrard is not as good he was back then? Suarez is a warrior he doesn't need anyone. He makes most the goals himself. But he seems to have improved since Sturridge arrived. Just thinking about it now now: a Torres-Suarez partnership would have been amazing I reckon but so far, Sturridge has been immense. We no longer miss him at all - good riddance

From what i've seen and heard of him lately, he seems to be be on a bit of a downer, he didn't seem to be not so long ago, i actually thought he was flying high, playing every game and happy.

But he's taken a turn of late, it seems to me anyway, and he sounds a tad disaffected again.

Seeing 4th place slip away and now the europa maybe had an effect.
