That'll do me. Would love it if we won the title whilst he was still at the Chavs though!!

I wouldn't even notice that my balls had fallen off if we won the title

More likely to go to Aberdeen

Even then he'd struggle to get in ahead of Vernon, haha

Assume he means his last full season for us (the last season shown in that little chart), and he did score 18 goals in 22 league games (20 starts, 2 sub). And everyone said he was ****.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

It's a real pity, not just because he was so good, but because he was revered by all, like at Atletico, and our fans being similar to theirs, the way he conducted himself in interviews, you could tell he had learned much by being made captain at 19 years old. He was a class act and there was a real love triangle between him, Stevie and the fans.

It's a right ****ing weird one how he just chucked the toys out of his pram and ****ed off to Chelsea, which is the polar opposite of club he'd been playing for for 10 years (Atletico + us).

The thing is, he knows it all, that's why he's gone to **** even more. A maelstrom of **** he's in, he's at a plastic club and he's not relaxed, not free of mind. The goals he scored were effortless, he was completely in the zone.

I can't even be angry at him any more, as we got such a stupid amount of money for him, but I really do feel pity, he must wake up every day, seeing how we've gone on just 6 months after his departure strengthening the team as we have, and wonder why the **** he didn't give it another 6 months until the summer. Only has himself to blame really, but I still think it's a real shame. Well, no point crying over spilt milk, he had a choice and that's what's happened.

I agree with sean, especially about how we've strengthened in such a short space of time. The irony is, what we've done since he left, is exactly what he always said would be needed, for him to stay - the problem was, he didnt show faith in the club and the owners, and for that, i have no sympathy.

He was symptomatic of the pathetic 'here and now' attitude in society today, no patience, just demands. I thought he was better than that, but he showed himself to be nothing special as a person. So, ultimately, **** him. He's getting what he deserves.

Ultimately, hindisight could prove, as all the evidence so far is suggesting, that we got rid of Torres at exactly the right time. It's amazing to see how far his stock has fallen in the past six months. If he fails to recover his form at Chelsea, which seems a distinct possibilty as much of his pace and confidence is gone, that £50M is going to look like daylight robbery.
