Shocking isn't it. He'll have his contract paid up in order to get rid of him, then go somewhere else that he can be **** at.

I have a horrible suspicion that he'll end up playing alongside Suarez

I wish I was paid 150k a week for being ****, I don't get paid a tenth of what he gets and I'm just as ****.

Posted elsewhere but relevant for here!....Messi has scored 31 goals since Torres has last scored anywhere!...imagine that on a banner!

Winner of Drogba charity training session offers to donate it to Torres

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres was the butt of a joke at Didier Drogba's Foundation charity ball when the winner of a training session with the Ivorian offered to give it to the goal-shy Spanish striker.

Drogba didn't react to the joker who had paid £15,000 for the privilege to train with the 34-year-old striker and, thankfully for Torres, the Spaniard was not there to hear the jibe.

The man was on stage to collect the prize when he made the quip.

'I'm giving this to Fernando Torres,' he said.

Immediately the room erupted into laughter but Drogba remained stoney faced, aware any reaction could potentially cause a problem in the Chelsea dressing room.

Torres has now gone the equivalent of almost an entire day on the pitch without scoring a goal for Chelsea, the longest time he has spent without hitting the net.

Didier himself has no such problems - and earlier on the very day of his charity ball grabbed his 100th Premier League goal in Chelsea's 1-0 home victory over Stoke.

The event raised more than £250,000 for the Didier Drogba Foundation and notable guests included Wretch 32, Princess Beatrice and a host of footballers.

Drogba's Chelsea team-mates Ashley Cole, John Terry and Frank Lampard were also in attendance, the latter with celebrity fiancee Christine Bleakley.

Shaun Wright-Phillips and Djibril Cissé even took time out from partying to do some DJ'ing.

Should have got that effort a bit closer to the goal.

Shame that comical miss didnt cost them. What an awful footballer, I'm sure he'll be hailed by some because he put in a cross and ran about though, how low his standards have sunk.

Funny as. I hope he never scores a goal again. :-)

Bit like us and Carroll though, to be fair.
