I reckon out of all of them, Wilson and maybe Ojo have a chance of making it here based on how they have performed so far.

With him and Can on the right Kane and Erikson knew they'd be using up vital energy tracking back often. Neither hoof the ball nor run it ridiculously out of play. We sucked the danger right out of Kane and Erikson's legs last night (despite Kane getting lucky with a slip and an offside).

I used to love doing that as a youngster and then watching the attackers gasp for breath when it was their turn to attack.

Players expressing themselves and playing without fear. Love it.

I absolutely love how he's instinctively always looking to take players on, and with no little guile involved either for some of the flicks and touches into space, whether the lads attacking or under pressure.

This for me is the best part of a football game!

He's perfect for that wing back role, his pace and power means he gets a run on defenders from deep and there's **** all they can do to pick him up.

I like the fact that he has his head up when he's on a run as well.

It's scary to think that Hodgson may get his hands on him.
