He is a unit. The way he drove into the space and turned the full back inside and out was great. Ibe showed no fear and even played defensively well in terms of his positioning.

Wow, Rafa!
Totally bypassed that information in my head!
Aye peanuts indeed, i expect he'll have some sort of sell on clause for QPR?, which is another reason why we should keep him.

Watchin Ibe last night, got me thinking about Sterling's contract and how we should do ALL we can afford to keep him, **** all the other ****.
We, cough...i mean Brendan, has maybe plucked the two best young talents in the country and got them to our club, for next to nawt!
Lets not throw that superb judgment/luck away for a few quid.
We simply have to hand out the contracts, at the very least to see how they develop further.
If these two come on like many think they will, and we can keep them, it'll save us a fortune in Balotelli type signings in the future. imo.
I just want to win, again and again and again!
We've had this chance before too when MO GOD were in their prime, but we failed to surround them with similar quality. Don't do that again, lets make the best use of this chance, because many will try to steal them away, of that we can be sure.

Fearless, is how I would describe the performance.
Rose shown up again and again, and he also made some brilliant cross-pitch runs cutting inside and offering up a creative attack. More than once he opened up opportunities for the little through ball, which while not executed perfectly this time around, just shows how dangerous he could be to the opposition.
Couple than with youthful exuberance, and we could have some player on our hands, if he keeps his head down and works hard.

Anyone got a clip of Ibe shrugging off Erikson with a 'who the fck are you?' attitude then winning the free kick and getting Erikson booked? Its like he's playing with youngsters not big or fast enough to test him.

Oh now you're going to buy him?Originally posted by danperkins View PostSo....who's buying him for their fantasy football team?
Had him and Sturridge the day they came back from loan / recovered from injury.
Stupid FF league not giving Ibe any bonus points for the second match running. Blind ****s.
