He's not comparing them though is he. He's using Suarez as an example of a player who gets away with playing on the edge.

Wasn't even in the same breath, it was a new sentence

    Context, agendas etc.

Leigh Griffiths is a ****ing walloper and Rodgers wants a smack for daring to mention him in the same breath as Suarez.

Impossible to say. If he'd have set-up defence we might have scored less and still finished in the same position but had much less fun in the process.

I enjoyed it far too much to spend too much time on what if's. Happy to let it stand as it was.

Proper nutty score 1 more football

Honestly dunno how anyone can dislike the guy who gave us that. Glad he went, but glad he was here too

Agreed, far too simplistic to write it off as just Suarez having an amazing season.

However - we'd have walked it if Rodgers could set up a defence.

He seems a decent enough guy, was just a step too far for him here. Did he best to sound and look the part which was cringeworthy alright. I don't mind him at all, glad he doesn't manage us though. Think he'll do ok at Celtic.

Don't reckon many "hate" him, just find him a bit annoying & silly. Let's not go overboard here, it's tedious & divisive.
