    I bear no ill towards him. Ultimately he failed at our club and he was given the opportunity to fail, and to succeed.

    We parted ways. After we were within a smidgen of winning the league, which would have been almost (but not quite) as improbable as winning the Champions League in Rafa's first season.

    It didn't work out. Good luck to him.

    Elsewhere they barely register. They think do. He thinks he does.

    It seems odd that Celtic are bringing Rodgers in to improve their performances in Europe, he was a complete disaster during our CL campaign. I don't like him and I don't even particularly wish him well. He's full of ****, I'm amazed that a big club like Celtic seem so keen. They will win their league of course they will.

    Some clubs have a history of taking their best managers and elevating them to hero status.

    Villa ain't one of them. Can you even name the manager who won their European trophy without Googling it?
