I think that you have noticed that I don't really care about it anymore. It isn't nice to read but I don't care.

Carra played a lot but Skrtel is the Captain of the national team. His leadership qualities is top class. It isn't IMO any worse than Carragher's.

It happened more than once that a player almost smacked Carra after he showed very poor leadership and blamed others when he was the one making the mistake.

Carra is a very good leader.

That was a weakness. That was poor leadership.

He was as I said a very good leader but he had his weaknesses.

Rodgers also showed very poor leadership a few times last season. He is learning the job.

One example was when he blamed the young players in at least one interview after a defeat. That was totally out of order.

The whole team had played very bad game including the older players.

He lost his head and showed poor leadership.

You seem to have drifted away from the original point which was you stated that Brendan doesn't care about having experience in his team unlike Rafa which I pointed out was utter nonsense. Brendan's preference for Carragher over Skrtel and the signing of Toure I think are evidence that he does recognise the importance of experience in the squad.
