I wouldn't hold my breath. It's not an interview anyway, they'll be dissecting today's game and the other games of the weekend

Maybe Carragher will have a go tomorrow on Monday Night Football, but not sure he'll be too aggressive in his questioning.

The interview seems more interesting for what he didn't say rather than what he said:

    - why after 3 years could he not organise the defence (we are not perfect now but at least Lovren etc seem to be improving).
    - you didn't like Carroll or Mario - so why Benteke?
    - why persist with Gerrard in the holding role when it was quite clear he didn't have the legs and at the same time isolate Lucas.
    - Markovic as a left wing back?? Really?
    - why throw your staff under the bus?
    - did you really want to get rid of Henderson?

Yes the transfers are no where near ideal but I do think he didn't have a clue how to utilise them. Due to his mismanagement it will take klopp 2-3 windows to sort this out,

Brendan Rodgers: “I thought we were getting Alexis Sanchez, but we got Balotelli and Ricky Lambert instead. Dele Alli wanted to join Liverpool, but the club failed in doing so."

I never liked Rodgers, the guy just rubbed me up the wrong way, however, you have to look at this and think that the whole transfer situation at the club is a mess.

    Not what they think.

Rodgers couldn't build a sand castle let alone a football squad.

Rodgers cant man manage, cant improve morale, cant do many things. Can however waste money on **** players. He's a pro at that.

Of course Suarez was all of that. He was and still is a world class player who has improved an already great Barca team. Any manager would have had difficulty replacing that quality.

And when we had him in our team, Rodgers built a team which nearly won us the ****ing league. The closest to any team we had for 26 years.
BECAUSE of Suarez. Rodgers didnt build ****. If he had he would of known how to replace him. Even someone with half his skill would of done a job for us. So once again, not stupid. Not sure why I'm debating this with you since you were happy to keep rodgers here and let him flounder for many more years to come because it was better than replacing him and starting again.
