Rafa talk is pointless, that ship has well and truly sailed and he looks almost damaged goods now. Not making a very good case to get the back at any point.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

        I'd still have him
        James Philip Milner Fanclub #1

        Curtis Julian Jones Fanclub #1

This is the first time in his tenure that he doesn't seem to be learning or correcting his errors. We seem to have gone backwards tactically.

I'm not quite sure that's the case. We've struggled with injuries this season and whilst that's not an excuse after the amount of coin we spent this summer, it is having an impact. We built our team around Suarez; Rodgers has been unable to decide who to build this year's team because it's constantly chopping and changing.

He's changed the system back to 4-3-3 and isolated Balotelli up front instead of keeping the diamond and pairing him with Sterling. I think that's a major oversight on his part and has nothing to do with injuries.

I agree, if something went wrong last season he usually managed to address it, maybe he's dealing with too many problems, maybe he is overestimating himself.
                  * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Absolutely. Looks like the Napoli support are getting at him and there's been a bit of a bicker between him and the owners (again).

I was reading that he was trotting out the investment of other teams argument again - I was under the impression he had STOPSTOPSTOPSTOPSTOPSTOPSTOPTALKINGABOUTRAFA

He's isolated Balotelli because Sturridge is injured.

Sterling isn't a striker and never will be. He's tried to accommodate Balotelli's laziness by having runners either side and protect against the counter by having two midfielders holding. He's tweaking things to work with Balotelli's strengths *and* weaknesses - his hand is being forced.

And probably many others that I can't think of right now. Funnily enough, none of those were against the reigning European Champions. A team with hundreds of millions of pounds worth of talent in excellent form.

This is Rodgers' first experience of Champions League football.

I was at that Valencia home game, they outclassed us just as much as Real did last night, possibly more impressively given their resources at the time.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
                          Mine angry and defrauded young?

                              Who was their manager?
