Really grown into the job and looks like he belongs in the dugout and believes he is the right man for us.

Players seem to be right behind him and want to play in his style.

Harder times will come this season but he looks like he has learnt from last year and some mistakes he has made which stands us in good stead moving forward.

He's managed to develop a real team spirit, Sturridge's celebration was testament to that. I wonder how much of that is down to the Suarez drama as well - almost sticking it to Luis, showing what he might miss out on.
