If we win the title it has to be Rodgers even if we don't it should be. To have taken us from where we were last year to the position we are in now is remarkable. And we've done it playing good exciting football makes it even better this is what football is about.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
If we don't win the league I'd probably say Tony Pulis too but if we do then Brendan deserves it hands down.
It cannot be anybody else but BR.
He took the pretty much same team as it was last year bar Mignolet and Sakho to some extent that finished 7th at 61 points to 4 games away of winning PL Championship (77 points and counting) something we haven't done it for 24 years.
13 wins in last 15 games, 10 wins in a row, 41 out of 45 points and still only undefeated team in PL in 2014 would be just some of his many accomplishements this season and there are plenty more.
Pulis did good job since he took over at CP but his contribution fails compared to what BR did this season regardless if we win the league or not.
Brendan all the way, otherwise a it's a reward for avoiding failure.
Pulis has really excelled, there's no getting away from that. He has done a remarkable job. He definitely deserves to be runner up in the Manager of the Year awards.
