Personally think he's on a hiding to nothing.

They must have found a new way to run those EBTs through payroll then.

Beating Godgers and his Celtic side is a hell of an ask but a great challenge, every great side comes to an end eventually so maybe he’s timing it right, Celtic already got lazy this season but just smashed everyone else when they needed to.

Good Luck Stevie hope you do well

And if all else fails there's always the England managers job that'll be up for grabs soon

Our fans expect us to win the league every year and never underestimate the patience/stupidity of (some) football fans

He will be expected to pull something out of the bag, may be irrational but as Nev said I wouldn't be surprised at what some football fans think. Terrible move for him, too soon and poor choice.

Not based on any Rangers performance I’ve witnessed this season..!

              Entire squad needs overhauled.

I'd be reluctant to appoint Stevie G directly from Rangers as quite frankly the standard of football up here is ****e.
I'd be more reluctant to appoint him directly from the under 18's or from a premier league team from 7th or lower. The pressure/fan expectations etc at LFC are more aligned with Rangers than most clubs.

For him to be a success, he's going to have to come close to what Rodgers has done at Celtic.

He's got 3 years max to win the league.

                      No pressure Stevie lad

He’s done well to get a 4 year deal kudos to his agent.

What a racket being a football manager is. **** up, get sacked and receive massive payouts.

Will add some much needed profile to the SPL so happy for that I suppose.

Says a lot about the job Godgers has done that you have to resort to using PSG and Bayern to get a dig in tbh!

Torres and Skrtel would be great moves and an easy twilight for both, but how the **** they going to afford their wages?

You don't reckon there's a fair chance of Rangers winning one of the Scottish Cup or League Cup each year if they take them seriously?
