Hopefully he will reduce the one-sided joke factor that is currently Scottish football and demonstrate that Rodgers is actually quite ordinary.

You don’t live close enough to Glasgow to understand how ****ing horendous Rangers are.Originally posted by Fredo View PostI don't understand the negativity. I think it's a good move for him. I reckon he'll bring a whole glut of our young players with him, namely Harris Wilson, Ryan Kent and the likes.Modifying post.

Who cares??? He isn’t a player who spent a few years here and then posed off. We are talking about Steven Gerrard here. He will always be LFC.Originally posted by baitman View Postbut we could do with another thread to not contaminate the LFC era.
like the suarez stuff.
maybe 'Steven Gerrard, non LFC. the wilderness years...'96 Never Forgotten

He's taking half the academy staff with him according to the Echo, must admit that pisses me off a little bit [emoji19]
Gary Mac is a good choice for assistant.
I don't think many academy players will go there on loan to be honest. Maybe one or two but "you don't win anything with kids" lol.
I'll personally pay for him to take Lazar Markovic it with him! Would 10 pence do the trick?

But the idea that FSG are investing a load of money in Rangers to do it sound pure fantasy to me.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I don't think it's a wise move but he's clearly got enough belief in himself to succeed. I think he will find it tough going up there, it's a huge rivalry and not just for the football of course. In addition to that, the league is garbage but he's Steven Gerrard at the end of the day and he will be a huge draw, I wish him all the best and hope he succeeds.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
