Thanjk you.

clearly that comment is determined by how he sees the context of circumstances under which both he and shanks worked.
I think we were mad to sack rafa but want to see kenny succeed so will not be clamouring for rafa's return.
for me tho, rafa is right up there with our best ever managers. ahead of houllier, evans, fagan et al and on a par with paisley and kenny behind shanks. too much in the way of circumstance and context to choose / rank the 3 of them. they were all amazing.
So you're attacking him for a single decision that didn't work out almost four years after the event.
For some strange reason the phrase "it's time to let it go" has sprung fully formed to my mind.
I was giving you an example, my belief is that after he won the CL final he believed he was invincible and behaved as such, in some ways he was, but some fans refused and still do, to see the damage that he did to the club toward the end of his tenure - the sudden talk of Real Madrid looking for a new manager, his tantrums because he wasn't allowed to dictate everything that went on at the club, was he thinking of the fans or the club, when it was plain to see how divisive all that was? was he ****e..
So excuse me for not being a sheep and towing the 'Rafa is God' line, IMO at best he was a good manager, not a great one and as I posted originally I was relieved to see him go and would not wish to see him come back as manager.
You are right about letting go, regarding HK, but it still makes my piss boil when thinking about it

Ah, and you were doing so well too. Then out of nothing you casually impugn anyone who doesn't see it your way.
OK, can't be bothered with this. Of course some people probably do go over the top in excusing Benitez everything but, as you're very capably demonstrating, the reverse is also perfectly possible.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
