Julio Cesar is reported to have said the following, after admitting that he was asleep for the first two of Bale's goals in Inter's 4-3 defeat against Spurs.

    (JamesHorncastle tweets)

Julio Cesar on Mourinho + Rafa: "The former works on psychology, Rafa teaches football."

Cesar tells how 10 games from the end of last season, Mou said: You know if there were a better GK than you here, you'd be on the bench?

Mourinho is right, I don't think he's the best in the world.
Everytime I see this clown, he makes mistakes or let's in goals that he should have saved.
Maybe rafa can turn him into a better goalkeeper.

He's a very good keeper prone to more errors perhaps than other upper level keepers are. He's not a Reina or a Buffon, but if you look at the next grouping he'd be around there.

The goal on the weekend was definitely his fault, although that being said a draw away to Sampdoria is never a bad result, I think Jose only got 1 point in both games against them last season. They're a bit of a horrible team to play against because they have strong, hard industries midfielders and possibly the best striking combination in the league with Pazzani and Cassano.

To be fair tho, that would work with any keeper...

You know Reina/Edwin/Cech, if there was a better GK than you at the club you'd be on the bench?

It's kinda just stating the obvious, cos there's no point leaving a better keeper on the bench.

I think you had to be there.

Was talking with an Inter fan last night and apparetly the consensus among Inter fans is that Benitez:

                    - won the CL at Liverpool with someone elses team
                    - when he did build his own team, they won nothing
                    - left Liverpool in a mess
                    - is a step down from Mourinho

                    Don't shoot the messenger..

I know how you feel. I'm not sure it's healthy really but what can we do?
                            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I would suggest that 3 out of 4 of those are true. Although we know the reasons are complex and they don't necessarily support the inferred conclusion.

I thought he was already a hero with the Inter fans after Istanbul. Did they not have a few posters thanking him?
