It's better for the blood pressure if you don't think about the countless millions spent on salaries over the last 3 months or so...including on those who hardly ever play. Fans often want international-level bench warmers who come on and and do not result in a drop off in quality...that means paying gazillions for them to warm the bench. 'too football.

It's not a team game anymore though, it's a squad game.

Klopp has made clear that everyone in the squad deserves a medal regardless of how many minutes they've played because they work so hard every day in the training sessions and that pushes the performance level of those selected to play the games.

That's also why it's wrong to think that people like Lallana are on 'gardening' leave. I've read that he's a very important member of the squad off field well as being an important squad member for the training sessions.

Clearly way more to football than what happens on matchdays, Its this unity that Klopp has tried to instill that has made us such a force.
