He was. His problem is that he is far too slow with the ball, too many touches, likes time to look for a pass. The only balls he plays first time are for Clyne overlapping but crosses aren't what we're really set up for. He is very graceful in possession but he does all of his running without the ball.

Despite their stats, I think Coutinho and Firmino are overrated, and there should only be room for one of them in the first XI. They are too inconsistent in their technical abilities on the pitch, and often fade.

I think I'm one of the few who isn't convinced by their stats. We need players who can make effective decisions with the ball, and not lose it, because it feels like having two Luis Garcia's on the pitch.

With our attempts at Dembele and Teixeira, it's obvious that Lallana will be a squad player next season, or that will be the plan.

He always seems to take an extra touch that takes him away from goal or slows the play down and the chance goes.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It is Firmino's first season though, we need a bit more patience with him. He started terribly for us but he's been finding his feet.

I think a lot of what Firmino does goes unnoticed. He's good at winning the ball back & offloading then he moves into space to receive it again. Tonight wasn't one of his best nights but I expected Coutinho to be hooked before him tonight.

Firmy had an ok 6 out of 10 game. Coutinho was a 4 at best from minute 1 to minute [whenever Firmy got subbed]. Klopp needed to take off the bottler but took off the trier. Can't complain about us bottling it after that faux pas.

Firmino is quality and will have a great season next year, I'm talking Suarez style stats.

Lallana simply isn't of the calibre required but he's not alone.

Another 1 in 5 player. Can't stand the cunt in those awful Nivea ads. Nearly kicked the telly when it came on today.

I think it's time for him to go. He's improved a lot this season so let's cash in.

The only downside is that it's another English player gone.. I'd much rather Ronaldo, Messi, Yacine Brahimi.

Unless he pushes for a move (to spurs probably) then I can't see Klopp looking to sell tbh.

We don't need to sell him- he's a good player to have in the squad

I put this down to a long hard season especially Firmino being his first
