Yep, gave us options, just needs to get more pitch time to learn how to play with the front 3 if you know what I mean

Definitely growing in statue. Was explaining to my daughter while watching the game that he's as fast, big and strong as VvD. And he has skill and finishing almost as good as Mane/Salah. He could practically be our VvD talisman up front. The only thing missing is the supreme confidence in his own abilities like the other three players.
He needs to break through under Klopp. And I think he might. I hope he does. Been waiting 5 years. One tit for another.

I still would. He doesn't fit us.Originally posted by dom9 View PostPeople were ready to sell him at half time
As PL said in the prematch presser. Our identity is intensity.
It's just not Origi's game that. He'll score goals and create an impact off the bench as he's direct. But long term, he's upgradable.

I think he's direct and makes things happen. And he knows where the goal is. Doesn't miss many chances. An ideal alternative to the first choice options.Originally posted by labourRed View PostI still would. He doesn't fit us.

We wont get anyone better to accept the limited role within the squad. And despite that, he scores massive goals.
An invaluable squad player.
Knows he wont start any of the big matches and doesn't make any fuss about it. That is unbelievable in modern football.Modifying post.

Yep. He's not one for the purists, but he's a pragmatic option that delivers again and again.Originally posted by Buzzo View Post100%
