It's really difficult, maybe impossible to judge how good he really is as he's had so little game time. But he clearly deserves the chance to prove that his key contributions this season are representative of his level.

His confidence is a good point. Classic example of that was the back post shambles in the second, if he'd screamed, "my ball" he'd have had another goal.Originally posted by BigChief View PostPhew, good game. Was fearing the worst. It still feels like he's only showing 70%of what he can do. If only he could get Mane or Salah's level of self confidence.

Yep totally agree it should have been a goal & the call was his to make. Too passive in situations like that but that seems to be his nature.Originally posted by labourRed View PostHis confidence is a good point. Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

He's also a giant and built as strong as Lukaku. He should have kicked Firmino and the ball into the back of the net and then shouted MINE!Originally posted by SB View PostYep totally agree it should have been a goal & the call was his to make. One tit for another.

Has he ever played on right (bar when swapping mid match with Salah last Sunday)?Originally posted by Norbs View PostI think he'd be far more effective on the right than the left. He wants to stop and check back when he could be driving at the defence. Just my thoughtIf we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
