Wouldn't surprise me. Think we changed quite a lot at a similar time last year away to Stoke didn't we? It's gonna have to happen at some point, a hapless Burnley side looks the best bet.

Seems he's got a point to prove all the time at our club and as long as something spurs him on that's fine with meOriginally posted by Chris View Post

I assume Origi is ahead of him as it's only a couple of weeks since Solanke scored that backheal chip for England U21s, I don't think he's got injured since thenOriginally posted by Shaggy View PostIs Solanke still injured or has Derek gone ahead of him?The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He picked up a groin problem in training which is why he didn't travel to Paris.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostI assume Origi is ahead of him as it's only a couple of weeks since Solanke scored that backheal chip for England U21s, I don't think he's got injured since thenThanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

centrally I reckon Solanke is ahead of him, but Origi being able to cover the flanks gives him the edge to make the bench more often.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostIs Solanke still injured or has Derek gone ahead of him?
Firmino, Sturridge, Solanke, Origi is probably the biggest weakness in the squad especially with Bobbys form.
Talk of leaving a pathway for Brewster/Wilson, cant see anyone coming in above them.

Don't really fancy any of the alternatives to Firmino, it's the one big gap we had to leave unfilled in the summer.Originally posted by Liverpool View Postcentrally I reckon Solanke is ahead of him, but Origi being able to cover the flanks gives him the edge to make the bench more often.

I think ahead of next season I'd dispense with Sturridge, Solanke and Origi, and go for a quality CF who makes runs in behind. Would push Bobby on and offer a tactical alternative whilst leaving the door still open for younger players who actually have a chance of making it with us.Like blood on iron

Andreas Belotti and Timo Werner are the only two strikers that come to mind. David Brooks looks like he could step up.Originally posted by Red_Polo View PostDon't really fancy any of the alternatives to Firmino, it's the one big gap we had to leave unfilled in the summer.
