What is the point of bringing a kid back and sticking him on the bench, it does neither Origi or LFC any favours.
He was great for Lille before the World Cup and of course did well in that.

Think it's a lack of confidence as much as anything else.

He wasn't great IMO, he was ok. Think he managed 7-8 goals per season in a poor league. IMO he was nowhere near ready for the premier league & if the article is true... seems LFC have realised this.

Well I suppose it depends how you define great. I meant had a great season for his age. I think people should forget about the cost and history and just give him the same time we'd give a young player coming through the ranks.

I think he was isolated in France so let's not be too harsh.

Bet you he'd look a hell of a lot better for a manager that uses strikers properly.

Don't mean to sound harsh mate, I just think (said when we brought him back) that IMO he wasn't ready for the premier league & should have been loaned out again.

The ease which young players are written off is insane, Can is apparently now ****, Henderson written off after 1 game for us, Sterling wasnt going to make it in the premier league, Origi is "out of his depth" based on 70 mins in the week and 15 mins at Old Trafford. **** sake.

It could be argued that Rodgers knows how to use them. Two years ago we scored over 100 goals in one season.
                Are we winning?

Slightly harsh to base anything on from Origi last season playing in a side with little to no attacking intent.

Ran fast in a couple of games at the World Cup. We immediately sign him for £10m

Another ****e transfer from this current regime.

                        Easy to forget he's 20.
I don't get that Gibbo. If he's good enough then we need to find out at our own club. Borini did well at Sunderland playing a role he'd never be able to play at Liverpool and it just prolonged the reality that he didn't fit in

Think we was after him for a while.

I see where you're coming from Norbs but I think at his age he needs to be playing frequently and sitting on our bench won't help him out much, we've seen it from Ibe how a loan can help(although hes looking like he needs another one at the minute) And I think practice in this league will make perfect. Think he could Deffo do a job at Swansea or someone similar.

73 minutes I reckon. 75 if you include first half stoppage time!
