Thanjk you.

He needs to show it in training first. Clearly the manager is giving him time to settle with his new team mates so he gets use to the style of play he wants him to adopt and show signs of him getting it before throwing him out to get slaughtered by you lot

Signing Benteke was something that took away so much pressure from both Origi & Ings. The team getting good results is of course also a huge factor. Both have been on the bench in every game, that will change when Danny gets back maybe, but by then they'll be getting game time in the league cup & Europa anyway.
But yeah he will get a chance. Capital One and Europa has just been announced. Him and Ings will be our main attacking options for that.
Would like to see a nice cameo against West Ham though.
Ha ha I know mate, I was only saying it in jest!
Just keen to see what he's like, hopefully he will get some chances but I can't see it being many.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
Why the hell did we sign him then? Pay £10m for him, loan him back for a year where he struggles, bring him here and before he's barely kicked a ball for us and before the end of September we are looking to loan him out again
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Yeah it's ridiculous. He played a few good game for Belgium and we made that old mistake that so many clubs have done previous... buying a player after a tournament. Should have been nowhere near our squad this season.

He was bought before the WC and Liverpool had been following him since he was 15, so I think he was pencilled for quite some time.
He isn't good enough at present and sure he was clearly nowhere near ready for the premier league.
If we are going back to a diamond though, it'd be nice to play him in the cup games in the Benteke role with Ings alongside him. That way we could keep the same formation instead of changing all the time.
Flanagan can compete at full back when back fit. Still also leaves us Ibe who can fit in, someone will always be unavailable so we will be able to fit him in.
It's far too early to judge him, he has barely kicked a ball for us, but the circumstances of the signing and the fact that we are even looking at loaning him out shows our transfer strategy and managing of the playing squad seems to be all over the place.

I watched him for Lille a few times and he looked terrible for them & in the few appearances he's made for us, IMO he has looked horribly out of his depth. I was very surprised that we didn't loan him out again at this point in his development. What is the point of bringing a kid back and sticking him on the bench, it does neither Origi or LFC any favours.
