Klopp (and his team) seem to have quickly identified where Origi was struggling in the Premier League and reacted brilliantly. They have strengthened his core, bulked him up slightly and all without sacrificing his pace.

Credit to Origi too as he has embraced this change and his confidence is flourishing because of it. His willingness to drift wide creates space in the middle for Coutinho to work, but his dribbling ability is tremendous. He seems to score a variety of different goals and his movement improves with every game. We could have somebody really special here and it may save us a few pounds to strengthen elsewhere.

A shame that we wasted so much money on Benteke when we already had a better player in Origi.

Why hasn't his thread title been changed to the fully appropriate Divock Godrigi?

Surely OriGOD is a better fit
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Or we could just call him Divock Origi, the legend in waiting

Good to see someone come in who appears to embrace the weight of Liverpool expectation rather than shrink under it.

Some transformation, gave Hummels an absolute nightmare. Lad breaks his bollox for the team and has some quality too. Fantastic progression in his game, doubled in size aswell must be seriously whacking the weights out of it.

I think it's great what Klopp and the team have done for him, he was struggling for form when he arrived. They took him out of the firing line and gave him a defined programme and a plan which he has clearly worked at.

The turn around is amazing and fair play to him for listening to Klopp and getting on with it. He has all the tools to succeed in England - pace, power, technique and a massive work ethic. I am looking forward to seeing how good he can become. His potential is frightening.

Origi plus Ings if he makes a full recovery would be a heck of a press. Hopefully in pre-season we get the chance to see it.
