You will have the pragmatists getting on your case with that kind of chat. Apparently saying a player reminds you of another World Class retired player = getting carried away
The reality? It's a discussion point. You see, and wish to point out similar traits in the 2 styles, and hope that the development will head in the same direction drawing some parallels. I suspect it is all a bit too 'glass is half full' for the interweb.Modifying post.

Bentekes injury was just a straight forward blessing - no disguise required!Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostCould it be that Benteke's injury was a blessing in disguise? Origi can now get more minutes and there is no pressure on Klopp to give Benteke chances, he can now ignore him completely like Benteke was complaining about earlier.
Hopefully he maintains value for the Summer sales where the likes of Leicester will need to bolster the ranks before the Champs league.Modifying post.

The two striker option will only happen during in-game changes, and not as a starting template, unless Klopp sees a tactical advantage to use it i.e. Southampton away in the Capital One Cup.
Klopp wants to see who can play in the 4-2-3-1 system, as that is his preferred formation, which is why he's carried on with it for so long after going with a 4-3-2-1. The longer term benefits are that the players he decides to keep will hit the ground running next season.

I had wondered what Jürgen was on about when he was saying Divock needed a new shirt. I thought he wanted him to change squad number or something!Originally posted by Muddled View PostHe's gone up a shirt size and has put on five kilos of muscle according to Tony Barret via somebody else on Twitter.
