He seemed to have fallen out of love with the game the last times he played - like a guy who was going through the motions. I think he NEEDS a move for him - he is still young and if he was the main man then he can be effective. He was massive for us at different stages of his time here.

Not sure how much we’d get now - between 12 to 15 million I guess

He turns 26 in 4 weeks time so not that young in football terms anymore. Is at that age where he is cannot really be considered a young up and coming player anymore.

Would take 15m for him in a flash tbh given the current financial climate.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Young in terms of he hasn’t hit his peak yet - he should just be coming into it

Maybe but I think his peak is at a lower level and that the best he can offer at our level is a good performance every now and then rather than any sustained quality.

I remember back when lots used to think he was going to surpass Lukaku and Lukaku still comes in for stick to this day despite being very much a proven finisher at a high level whereas Divock is almost 26 and we still have no idea if he is a consistent proven finisher at any level.

Even for the Belgian national team he has long been overtaken by guys like Batshuayi and you have young lads of 18 years of age like Doku who are getting into the sqad there ahead of him.

For me Origi is a guy who gave us some great moments, some very big moments, but is a guy that has not improved at all in the almost 7 years he has been on our books. He looked a lot better to me when he was in his late teens than he does now at almost 26.

Think the bar is set very low for what counts as a good Origi performance too. For me he is just too laid back and comes across as being too nice on the pitch. Seems to lack a drive to win or a competitive streak a lot of the time, or at least that is how it looks when watching him play.

I liked Origi. He had a good season about 5 years ago and I thought he was really going to be a good player, then he got injured and wasn't the same for years, he came back to form the year we won the CL but his performances since then haven't been great, it's probably best for everyone if he moves on, he's at an age where he should be playing regularly.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I missed the game last night but just catching up now. That’s some assist from Divock, if Thiago had played that ball we’d all be purring.

I thought he played quite well, he worked hard and was good when he got the ball. He just needs more aggression, size of him aswell.

Yeah, felt that for a guy the size of him, he should be putting himself about a bit more to give the defenders a little extra to worry about.
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!
