Great isn't it. Being so handy for Geneva is sorta deterring me from exploring further afield though. 2 hour flight and a 45 minute transfer. That's not a million miles away from how long it takes me to drive up to Glencoe or Nevis.

Had a blast in Chatel this year too. Place was deserted as everyone was hitting up avoriaz. It was like owning my own snowboarding resort

We drive there usually, I like the journey, though my kids don't and its for this reason that they refused to go last year

I've only been up to Avoriaz once, and we caught it on possibly the worst summer weather possible. It was pouring rain and about 10C in late July. Grim.

My wee brother lives in Morzine, he used to own Mammas one of the eateries there. I really need to get out and visit him though as I do a fair bit of Mountain biking myself.

I remember you posting about there when we went a couple of years ago - I went to have a look for it but couldn't find it. Was it down in the old town part?

Have either of you been to Les Lindarets, the goat village? Weird,weird place. Its up past Lac Montriand.

Anyway - Divock is a future superstar. He ripped them to shreds in that first 15 minutes of the second half. The movement andspeed of thought between Divock, Firmino and Sturridge was joyous. It was 13/14 reminiscent. Thrilling stuff.

Didn't see the game but pleased he seems to have had a Bruce Forsyth.

I've always been on this fella's side, always thought the loan back season was a terrible "necessity" and would have been happy to have paid another 50% to have him earlier even if Rodgers would have played him as a wing back!

I remember Kompany saying a while back he could be one of the best strikers in the world in a few years. Maybe just backing a friend but it doesn't look that crazy a prediction when you look at his physical attributes and what he can do at just 20 years old. Gonna be fun watching him develop whatever happens, he's already good enough to help us out, if he gets much better we'll be laughing!

What's crazy is how quickly the turnaround has come, both physically and mentally. He's some specimen now, he's really bulked up. The power is there!
