Out of all his contributions that feint shot and pass to Sturridge for his goal was my favourite. Better than his trick on SoldandDone. The vision, the pace, and the timing to get it between the players laying it on a plate.

That's a perfect way to describe him "he just gets **** done" and in fairness to him he has got it done when it mattered in so many of our big games this year.

I still expect him to be second choice next season. He's wildly inconsistent. Last night, he was exceptional, and did much of what we want to see. Doing that on a regular basis in the next step in his evolution as a player.

And those numbers in what was essentially half a season! He was injured/played out of position early in the season and he has kicked on after Christmas. I think there is so much more to come from him yet.

His weakest aspect is the lay-off. He's just can't seem to get the right weight or accuracy.

Look how he funked up the pass to Moreno and attacks often break down with a sloppy pass to one of ours.

That said I think he's aces
