When someone points out you may be wrong... you don't 'head off and recheck the evidence' and even if you do, and find out that you were wrong, you don't come back and ****ing admit it... you double down on your initial opinion, you push the discussion repeatedly and aggressively towards argument you fan the flames... don't put them out???!!!

You wait until other posters pile in (oh, they will) to what has now become a heated and angry debate. And only then, once the insults have become personal, off topic and are irrelevant are you allowed to reassess your position in any way. No one will care by then anyway or even recall what you initially said

You want to post something along these lines in future:

This kind of level headed reassessment followed by an immediate acknowledgement and climb down from your initial position just won't do at all

I think he does an excellent job. He scores goals, links play and creates opportunities. I'm not sure we will always play with a traditional striker. I think Firmino is preferred by Klopp to either Sturridge or Origi at the minute. Also, I see no problem having a plausible backup for Coutinho in his position. Having options is a good thing, isn't it?

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, he is someone who ideally I would play every game and at this point I'm not seeing how that will happen when everyone is available. It looking like there will have to be some rotation but we don't have alot of games to keep everyone playing regularly, we could have done with options like this with all the games we had last year...

He's going to be invaluable this season and it means our attacking options are really varied making it tougher for our opponents to prepare for. His linking of midfield to attack is something we've not been great with for some time, really clever player.
