Our most consistant player in 2016, surely?
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

Couts will give you the odd worldie goal or a worldie 20 minutes but Bobby F is finding some fantastic consistency. I'd deffo take him if it came to a straight choice.

Don't think he was consistent last season but he's been brilliant this season.

Based on four games this season - Firmino has been one of our best players.

I thought Firmino was quiet against Arsenal and quite poor against Burnley. Was excellent yesterday though.

Think Mane is going to help all our attackers take their game up a level or two this season. Haven't seen an instant impact like this since the Sturridge/Coutinho January.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Mane has also done well, but I get your point.

Brilliant yesterday....I think he benefited having mane and Sturridge ahead of him making good runs and both have the pace/intelligence to pull defenders away...that combined with the tireless running from lallana, meant that firminho was just popping up all over the pitch and causing havoc for them and he thrived on it all.

Personally I'd stick with that attacking line up and coutinho will have to do something special to force his way in

That attacking lineup up should start on Friday, the movement between them yesterday was superb and having that pace from Mane really does cause problems. Did look for the first time in a while that Sturridge was really starting to stretch his legs as he did a few seasons back.

Shame Terry looks likely to be out as I think we could have caused him all sorts of issues.

Beggars belief when you see Coutinho picked for Brazil when Firmino clearly the better player this season!...It seems that your reputation gets you picked for Brazil under the current manager.
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

                              Beggars belief?

We were 3 games into the season. Coutinho was the star man against Arsenal, Firmino quiet. Both **** against Burnley, although Coutinho was voted 2nd best player. Firmino was probably better against Spurs, but hardly enough to propel him ahead of Coutinho for the Brazil manager to pick him ahead of their best player at the Copa America.

Honestly, what do you mean when you say it beggars belief?

                                Beggar belief.

To defy or go beyond what is believable.

                                Origin

'It beggars belief' doesn't refer to the things that beggars believe, although it does relate to begging in a roundabout way. The verb 'to beggar' was coined in the 16th century to mean 'make impoverished; exhaust the means of'. It is found in print in William Roy's religious satire Rede me and be nott wrothe, 1528:
