Mig yesterday, ****ing hell he had **** all to do and *still* put a 5 yard pass straight out of play, come for a cross he completely missed, under hit about 5 passes and picked up a back pass!! This fella is a nightmare.

If Newcastle do come in for him, then selling him for £20m or having him in the starting line-up is a no brainer. You should stack up the £20m on the 6 yard line and cross the ball at it. I think that people do tend to go over the top on how bad players are - no player who plays regularly in the PL is a terrible player. However being a good player isn't enough, you need players who will suit your system and style of play other wise good players don't look so good, and that is the case here. If we give him the right service yes he will score goals but you could apply that to anyone if you are prepared to build your team around them. I've seen us play plenty of decent balls into the box over the last few weeks
Many of them he hasnt been anywhere near and that wasnt because the ball was poor or an incorrect decision its because he hasnt been attacking the ball (or even in the box in some cases)
