Time for a new thread, to let the manager speculation begin, leave this thread to thanking Klopp for the memories and making us feel like we could win anything?

I think the timing is also a call to arms - all in together for every game. His interview was classy but then he is a master at thatOriginally posted by Big-Red-Ed View PostI am obviously gutted. But wondering about the timing of this and the whole backroom team going. Points to a replacement already in the wings I think.

Would gamble on Xabi or Thomas Frank if I am not in the running to create an EST1892 management and coaching staff.
Maybe Mourinho if I wanted to see fan sites burn and mods get overworked.

I'm 99% sure there's no replacement and we're looking at some tasty 'sesrch for new manager begins' tweets in June.Originally posted by BootRoom View PostIF a replacement is already lined up they've done really, really well to avoid any leaks whatsoever before any official announcements.
I know there isn't anyone who can do what Klopp has done with these resources, against this competition.

Big time. Every single game is a final now, excuse the over used cliche.
Treat every single team as just a thing to be destroyed and try to turn this season into something really special.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

In many respects it is probably better to be the guy who replaces the guy that replaced Klopp but would still like to see Xabi come straight in. He can bring Wirtz and a few of the other Leverkusen guys with him if he likes.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Was thinking similar Dalglish was the last shock managerial departure we had.
Where we had been for the 25 or so years before he came in it feels I imagine the parallel is more like when Shankly stepped down - I'm not old enough to remember it but I remember seeing video of people's reactionThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

" What I know definitely – I will never, ever manage a different club in England than Liverpool, 100 per cent. That’s not possible. My love for this club, my respect for the people is too big. I couldn’t. I couldn’t for a second think about it. There’s no chance. This is part of my life, we are part of the family, we feel home here. There’s no chance to do that."
Wonder if he might end up back at Mainz, after a break, or the German national team like someone on here mentioned earlier
